Shopify

SpotFraud connects directly to your Shopify store through a native app integration. We read order data, monitor return requests, and can automatically hold refunds through the Shopify Payments API when fraud is detected. Customer profiles are tagged with risk levels so your fulfillment and support teams have context before they engage.

Shopify Flow

Trigger automated workflows inside Shopify the moment a threat is detected. When SpotFraud flags a suspicious order, Shopify Flow can hold the order, tag the customer record, adjust fulfillment priority, notify warehouse staff, and route the case to your fraud review queue. All of this happens without any manual intervention.

Stripe
